Rates

These are our rates:
low season Euro 1400
(from 01-Apr to 31-May and from 15-Sept to 31-Oct)
high season Euro 1800
(from 1-June to 15-Sept)

In order to book we require 30% of rental rate as deposit and confirmation of booking and the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival by bank to bank transfers or personal cheques.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but midweek arrivals/departures are considered, please contact us.
There is a 10% discount on the second week and a substantial discount for periods of 3-4 weeks or more.
If you are a family of 4-5 or 2 couples book both properties and get a substantial discount on the rental rates.
